Every MTDGC order gets a readable order number. Enter it with the email or phone number used on the order and we confirm the current status on WhatsApp. If you have an account, your orders also appear in your account dashboard.
What each status means
Placed
We have your order details and the products you selected.
Payment confirmed
Your payment has been received and matched to the order.
Processing
The team is preparing the top-up, code or subscription.
Fulfilled
The digital item has been delivered to your account or email.
Completed
The order is closed. Refund terms for the product still apply.
Orders can also be cancelled, failed or refunded. If that happens we tell you why and what happens next.
